Architectural and interior design services were provided to comprehensively renovate and refurbish the landmark five-star Pullman Resort and Hotel in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, on behalf of ACCOR INVEST.

The project involved upgrading all existing hotel accommodations, including front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and 244 bedrooms, along with the addition of new accommodations. Extensions were constructed on the side, rear, and roof of the building to provide additional space, comprising 18 suites and 12 standard bedrooms, as well as additional FOH areas.

Architecturally, the new extensions, revamped front entrance and canopy, updated fenestration, and re-cladding of the existing façade were implemented to infuse the building with a modern and stylish aesthetic. These design interventions aimed to rejuvenate the structure, breathing new life into its appearance while maintaining its status as a landmark destination.
